Particularly robust and reliable, these air conditioners are designed to meet climatic, technical, power supply, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), vibration, NBC (nuclear, radiological, biological, and chemical), and transportation requirements. We have all the necessary certifications regarding electrical networks, painting, and vibration levels. Our range of shelter air conditioners is also compatible for use on containers. We have developed 2 standard shelter air conditioners: the CMDZ5 and its big brother the CMDZ5 COLPRO, which is reinforced for use in EMC and NRBC environments. Shelter air conditioner CMDZ5This self-contained unit, mountable on slides or fixed on a chair outside a shelter, is particularly effective in providing fresh air. It offers two ventilation speeds with a treated air flow rate of 750m3/h in high speed. This product has been designed to withstand extreme conditions. It is capable of producing heat even when it is -20°C outside and can provide cooling in an environment where temperatures range from -10°C to +55°C (+ solar radiation 1.12 kW/m²). The CMDZ5 plugs into "standard" 230V and 16A electrical outlets. For added comfort, it features mechanical thermostat control, a Copeland Scroll compressor with R134A refrigerant (compliant with the Montreal Protocol), high and low-pressure safety switches, a dehydrator, and an electrical panel with contactors and circuit breakers for the compressor, fans, and heating element.

Air conditioner CMDZ5 COLPROThe cooling capacity of this model can reach up to +35°C indoors and +50°C outdoors. The CMDZ5 COLPRO has a heating capacity of 2 kW and can treat 750 m3/h of air at high speed. It can be used for cooling when temperatures range from -10°C to +55°C (+ solar radiation 1.12 kW/m²). This single-unit device, mountable on a slide or attachable to the outside of a Shelter, weighs 95 kg, to which an additional 50 kg for the slide trap must be added. It features two ventilation speeds and operates on 230V electrical supply. This model is compatible with an NRBC Shelter as well as CEM requirements. Among its equipment are a dehydrator, an electrical panel with contactors and thermal-magnetic protections for the compressor, fans, heating resistors, and fully shielded cables.
